Lake Nipissing in winter is one of North Bay's (not so) best kept secrets! Our lake freezes over from January–March and provides a tranquil vista to explore. Sunsets over the white expanse are unparalleled.

Down for some snowy adventures? Try your hand at ice fishing or dog-sledding with a local operator, or cross country and downhill ski on one of the many local trails or nearby hills. It's truly a winter playground. Enjoy complimentary use of snowshoes.
